As a family run business we aim to provide a professional, ethical and efficient service in all aspects of eye-care. That's why we are always interested to hear your views about our practices, the service you receive or indeed any aspect of your experience when visiting us.
At Wilkinsons we review all the comments we receive. Wherever possible we will take action to respond to the praise, criticism or suggestions you make concerning each individual practice. Our practices provide NHS general ophthalmic services; all our practices operate a complaints procedure which adheres to nationally agreed criteria.
